Fire Resistant & Arc Proofing Tapes

3M Scotch electrical tapes protect low and medium voltage cables from electric arcs and fires. When the heat rises, 3M’s fire resistant and arc proofing tapes expand, putting a thick layer of char between the flames and the cable to minimise potential damage.

Also ideal for use on energy cables in close proximity to other power cables such as those found within substations, manholes, vaults, critical feeder cables and nearby branch circuits and energy cables in cables trays or within buildings that cannot afford to lose power (hospitals, military bases, server farms and more).
