Process Valves
Everlasting Valve Company’s process valves have decades of field-proven service in extreme environments, significantly outperforming ball valves by handling slurry, chemicals, heat, scale, and dry solids with exceptional ease. Give our process valves your worst: the toughest, dirtiest, hottest, most brutal applications are business as usual for our hard-wearing components. They’re used all over the world for reactor loading, lockhoppers, pneumatic conveying systems, vessel discharge, and slurry applications in all types of extraordinarily harsh environments, reducing costs and downtime with the assurance of a tight shut-off.

Boiler Valve
First manufactured in 1906 our original product, the boiler blowdown valve, which effectively clears sludge and other impurities formed during steam-boiler operation, is specifically designed for the harshest industrial applications. Traditionally used globe valves wear out quickly in industrial steam applications, as their operation forces dirt and scale into the valve seat, which prevents effective sealing, ultimately resulting in failure.

Bulk Material Valves
Everlasting Valve’s patented bulk material valves solve your toughest, dirtiest plant problems, effortlessly handling extremely abrasive, high-temperature, high-cycling applications. Built on our self-lapping, rotating-disc-valve technology, our bulk-material valve is hands-down the toughest, longest-lasting, best-performing bulk material on the market today.Diverter Valves
Building on our revolutionary self-lapping, rotating disc-valve technology, our diverter valves, are, quite simply, the last valves you’ll ever need. Deployed in some of the harshest plant environments all over the world, our valves are still going strong decades after they were first installed. What makes Everlasting valves superior isn’t just the innovative design, however. Our extraordinarily talented design and engineering teams work hand-in-hand with our customers to extensively evaluate your unique operational needs and challenges, then design in customized features that enable our valves to support your specific applications and solve your plant’s toughest problems.
