This meter is capable of performing Bonding Measurements on a variety of components and metal-to-metal connections. The 620UK-B has been independently UL-913 certified, ensuring quality and safety at each step of manufacturing. Due to its safety certifications and high level of accuracy, the 620UK-B Bonding Tester is the choice bond tester for countless USAF maintenance wings as well as US Navy maintenances centers, while its sibling the 620LK is used by many commercial airlines.Originally designed at the request of Lockheed Martin’s engineering team, the AMPTEC 620UK-B Bonding Milli-Ohmmeter has become the standard in its industry, being used in maintenance wings across the globe. The 620UK-B meter provides extremely safe and reliable resistance testing on explosive  devices. AMPTEC 620UK-B Bonding Milli-Ohmmeter is UL-913 approved as an intrinsically safe apparatus for use in Class 1, Division 1, Groups A, B, C, and D locations for ambient temperatures from -20° C to 50° C (T3 zones). Additionally, the AMPTEC 620UK-B meter is also MIL. STD. 810 MTD. 511 approved for use in explosive, volatile fuel-laden atmospheres.
