The Gigasense RTMe High Capacity Cable Tension Meter is specially designed for measuring tension in cables such as guy wires, support cables, and electrical conductors. The Gigasense RTMe High Capacity Cable Tension Meter can be placed directly on the cable for real-time tension measurement and guidance for adjustment. Gigasense RTMe High Capacity Cable Tension Meter operation is simple, clip it to the rope to be tested and use the large hand screw to deflect the rope to a fixed angle. The resultant force will then affect the load cell and it will measure the tension in the wire rope. The tension is in kN, tonnes, lbs, DaN, USt, and other common units. |

The RTMe can be used to measure tension forces up to 20 metric ton and for wire ropes with a diameter up to 38 mm, up to 20 different wire rope dimensions/types can be stored in the memory.
