CS LT
The infrared pyrometer optris CS LT is perfectly suited for temperature measurement in small and narrow environments. The robust measuring heads have been developed for non-contact measurement of temperature from -50 °C to 1,030 °C and can be employed in ambient temperatures of up to 80 °C without additional cooling. The inexpensive pyrometers are designed for serial integration into machinery equipment and industrial manufacturing environments.
Optris Thermal Cameras
Optris delivers fixed, radiometric thermal cameras that provide calibrated, traceable temperature for every pixel—turning thermal images into actionable measurements for control, QA, and safety. Factory calibration with comprehensive corrections converts radiance to temperature using the selected emissivity and spectral band, enabling precise spot and area analysis, trending, alarms, and closed-loop control.
The Optris thermal camera portfolio scales from industrial Xi models for stand-alone, fixed installations with direct I/O alarming to PI thermal imagers for PC-connected analysis, multi-camera setups, and high-speed workflows. Application-matched variants cover LWIR for general surfaces, glass-specific models, and short-wavelength options for hot or reflective metals to minimize emissivity and glare errors. Multiple resolutions and frame rates capture both slow thermal drifts and fast transients, while low NETD reveals subtle gradients and early hot spots. Interchangeable wide, tele, and macro optics ensure proper pixel fill for stable, repeatable readings.
Engineered for demanding environments in Germany, Optris thermal cameras combine robust housings with accessories such as IP protection, air purge, protective windows, water cooling, and outdoor enclosures—delivering reliable radiometric performance from pilot lines to full production.
