The NDT DPG-4/M Pit Gauge Kit with New Magnetic V-Groove Base is the new and improved spring loaded digital pit gauge featuring an exchangeable magnetic 4 7/8" V-groove base with center and cantilever positions in addition to two knife edge bases: the standard 2 3/8" long base and a 4 7/8" long base with two positions. With the magnetic V-groove base you can easily hold the gauge in any vertical, flat or overhead position, and the three bases ensure maximum versatility. Simple to use, the NDT DPG-4/M Pit Gauge Kit with New Magnetic V-Groove Base is water resistant and made of hardened stainless steel, producing accurate measurements of surface pits, gauges, dents, undercuts and more. Only 0.050" in diameter, the probe can access even the smallest pits.
